Have you “GoGa’d?” I “GoGa’d.” Its quite simple really, more of a concept, but remember the song from The Beach Boys, "Good Vibrations"? Goga wants you to vibrate your way to wellness. Goga Studios says the benefits of the class are improved bone density, muscle tone, flexibility, movement of lymph fluid, quality of sleep and generation of endorphins.

Look what researchers at N.A.S.A. have said about vibrational therapy:

“ NASA-funded scientists suggest that astronauts might prevent bone loss by standing on a lightly vibrating plate for 10 to 20 minutes each day. Held down with the aid of elastic straps, the astronauts could keep working on other tasks while they vibrate. The same therapy, they say, might eventually be used to treat some of the millions of people who suffer from bone loss, called osteoporosis, here on Earth.”

The Goga lifestyle is about creating small changes in ourselves. The studio is surrounded by Himalayan Salt Lamps which can aid in the rejuvenation process by emitting negative ions to create a more balanced mood while helping to purify the air. All you need on the Whole Body Vibration machine is 10 minutes. They also offer a Far Infrared Light sauna which they say is the safe part of the sun’s rays, I found it to be relaxing. Bring your own water bottle  so you can drink their ionized water. Athletic wear is fine and bring socks. Products are
available for purchase. There are two locations in Sarasota: 2163 Siesta Drive and 2266 Gulfgate Drive.
