The Sumpter is a 2 song'r that should definitely be included in your summer playlist. Both songs are catchy acoustic pop tunes full of vocal harmony, great acoustic guitar and heartfelt lyrics. "The Sumpter" has a melancholic harmonica that suits the song's tone and lyrics beautifully. The galloping guitar strum and vocal harmony of "Eyes like Anchors" let loose into full on folk bliss as the song builds and ends. Overall, this is a solid release from O'Captain.
